Testing and Headphones
Starting after vacation, students will be testing for NWEA and Smarter Balanced .  Grade 5 will complete NWEA testing April 18-25th,  Grade 6 will complete NWEA testing April 26th-May 4th. Smarter Balanced(SB) testing will occur May 4-11 for Grade 5 and May 15-23 for grade 6, for which all students will need their headphones. All grades will do SB make-ups May 24-26th. For sanitary reasons we strongly suggest that students bring their own headphones to test with during Smarter Balanced testing.  We have found that apple headphones (used for phones) do not work well on the computers.   Thanks for sending in your child with headphones.

We want our students to stay hydrated, but we can only allow students to bring water into the classrooms. Flavored and colored drinks, when spilled, attract bugs and stain our carpeting. Thank you for your cooperation.
